Hayley & Jarrad {Southern Highlands Wedding}

Haley & Jarrad are probably two of the loveliest people you could ever meet. Huge shout out to the incredible James Day (the yoda of wedding photography) for inviting me to come along and shoot this wedding with him. You can see his blog post of this wedding and much more of the best wedding photography you’ll ever see HERE.

Here’s a small selection of some of the shots I took throughout the day. Enjoy!

Nigel & Nicolette {Hunter Valley Wedding}

Nicolette and Nigel got married in the picturesque hunter valley this year and I had the blessing of being invited along to come along and share in the beautiful day. Thankfully we were blessed with wonderful weather and the whole thing went off without a hitch apart from Nicolette placing the ring on Nigel’s right hand by mistake.

Nicolette would have to be the most relaxed bride I’ve ever come across in my time as a photographer. I have thought a little about what made her so relaxed and after much thought think I know why she was so relaxed. She was completely content, in her head and her heart with what she was doing that day. Nigel had loved her in such a way that she had no reservations, no lingering doubt. She trusted him with her heart, soul and body and he trusted her. The best weddings are never about the prettiest flowers or who has the most mason jars. The best weddings always have and always will have one thing in common. Love is the centre… real love, not a fluttering feeling in your stomach although thats wonderful. It’s the love that leads to actions, sacrifice and a lifetime of trust. This wedding was not only beautiful to photograph because of the beautiful dress, flowers and details… It was beautiful because it was about people, relationships… Real Love

Peter & Bek {Southcoast Vintage wedding} #hottestweddingintown

I can’t say enough about how amazing this wedding was. Peter & Bek are dear friends of mine and I’ve even lived with Pete on two separate occasions. Their wedding day was such a beautiful lovefest (I realise lovefest isn’t a real word but no real words do justice to the awesome that was thehottestweddingintown ‘a pun on their last name – Town’. As I said words don’t do this wedding justice so I’ll try to let the pictures speak. A huge thank you to Linda Truong for blessing me with the opportunity to share in this wedding with her. She has been a inspiration to me for a very long time.

Adam & Alisha – {Sydney Wedding}

This was another one of those days when I just fell in love with my job all over again. Adam & Alisha’s wedding was simply gorgeous. Vaucluse House is such a beautiful location and everything the couple did to compliment the location worked perfectly. I felt so blessed to be invited along to share in this event by the one and only John Benavente. Here’s a couple of frames from the day.   googlea4257ae56af2a9e7

Kelly & Andrew – South Coast Wedding {Preview}

Kelly & Andrew are two of the lovelies people you could hope to meet in your life. Even though Andrew is a bonecrusher by trade (yes literally a bonecrusher) he’s so gentle and kind and the love he shares with his new bride is something neither of them could hide on saturday. I’ll go into more of the story later perhaps but for now, here’s a few frames to keep you busy.
